Include part data, material requirement, critical features, annual demand, target timing and quality documents required.
What to send for a DFM review
A 2D drawing, 3D model or physical sample is enough to begin. We accept common CAD and drawing formats.
Quality documents by project
Material inspection, in-process inspection, outgoing inspection, CMM, leak-test, PPAP and X-ray reports can be discussed according to your requirements.
Factory visits & NDA
We welcome scheduled factory visits and can provide an NDA before project evaluation.

What materials does LC&AKIN cast?
LC&AKIN’s aluminum die-casting production is focused on ADC12 alloy.
What size or weight parts are a fit?
The typical component weight range is 0.5 kg to 5 kg. Send the drawing for a project-specific assessment.
Can you make the tooling?
Yes. LC&AKIN has an in-house mold workshop and supports design, tool development, T1 trials and sample confirmation.
Can you support export projects?
Yes. Packing and export support are part of the available service route. Share the destination, required documents and packaging needs in your RFQ.
