Capabilities & equipment
The process control behind a dependable cast part.
Our manufacturing route is designed for aluminum alloy components that need more than casting alone: engineered tooling, repeatable machining, functional testing and organized delivery.
DFM & engineering review
Send a 2D drawing, 3D model or sample. Our technical team reviews manufacturability and supports quotation with DFM feedback.
Tooling development
In-house mold workshop with SKD61 and H13 tool-steel options for single- and multi-cavity die development.
Aluminum die casting
10 die-casting machines from 180T to 1000T, with ABB/Kuka robotic part handling on 90% of production lines.
Precision machining
400+ equipment sets, including Brother tapping centers, support critical-feature machining to a typical ±0.02 mm requirement.
Technical capability profile
The specifications buyers normally need to review.

Die casting
For aluminum components that begin with a sound casting.
We work exclusively with ADC12. Central melting, material checks and controlled die-casting operations support a stable start to every downstream process.
- 180T–1000T machine range
- Two centralized melting furnaces
- 90% robotic part removal on production lines
- Annual aluminum-part capacity above 4 million pieces
Machining & secondary operations
Bring casting and critical finishing together.
CNC machining is planned alongside the cast part, not added as an afterthought. Our route can include deburring, shot blasting, passivation, cleaning, leak testing and assembly before packing.
- Brother drilling & tapping centers in the relevant operation
- Leak testing at 0.15–0.2 MPa when required by the technical agreement
- Impregnation available through a qualified external process when specified
- Outgoing inspection reports and customer-specified documents available

Project timing
A clear route for new and repeat projects.
Quote & DFM response
Formal quotation and initial DFM feedback for complete information.
New tooling
Typical new-mold development window, depending on complexity.
Sample timing
Small-batch samples after T1 trial and process confirmation.
Repeat production
Typical lead time for established parts with existing tooling.
Supported design files
Send the file that best represents your project.
UG, SolidWorks, ProE, AutoCAD, CAXA, STP, IGS/IGES, X_T, PRT, DWG, PDF, DXF and STL files are accepted, as well as physical samples.
