Our manufacturing facility maintains ISO 9001:2015 certification. The control plan starts with ADC12 material checks and continues through machining, functional testing and outgoing inspection.
Dimensional verification
Verify critical features before parts leave the factory.
Key dimensions are inspected before delivery using a full-automatic Daisy 686 CMM and the appropriate production measurement tools. Reports can be prepared to customer-specified formats.

Inspection route

This is the verified manufacturing control path used for the components we make.
Incoming material inspection
ADC12 ingot composition and hardness verification using spectrometer and hardness testing.
Furnace-front sampling
Melt sampling supports composition and hardness confirmation before die casting.
First article & patrol checks
First-piece confirmation and regular in-process inspection during machining.
Functional testing
Leak testing is performed on every required part at 0.15–0.2 MPa, according to the technical agreement.
Outgoing inspection
Critical dimensions are verified before delivery; outgoing inspection documentation is issued.
In-process inspection
Operators and inspection personnel record and check dimensions throughout the production route.
Leak testing
Functional leak testing is available for components with an applicable technical requirement.
Engineering review
DFM discussion begins before a new project moves into the tooling and production path.

Can LC&AKIN sign an NDA?
Yes. An NDA and project-exclusivity agreement can be arranged before the project evaluation begins.
Can you provide PPAP or X-ray reports?
PPAP documentation and X-ray inspection reports can be provided when required by the project. Please specify the level, format and timing in your RFQ.
Which certificates are publicly claimed?
Our manufacturing facility is certified to ISO 9001:2015. We do not claim certifications such as SGS or RoHS unless a project-specific document applies.
